Order & Tracking 

Once you finish the payment, a Confirmation email will automatically be sent to your  email address within 6 hours confirming your Order # and purchase details.

If you do not receive our confirmation email during this time, please contact us via support@grocery-us.com to get more information. 

After you complete the purchase, your order normally needs 3-5 working days to be processed for stocking, packing. After that, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided, and the tracking number can take 5-7 working days to appear on the shipping carrier's system.

We assure you that this is a normal process and will not affect your expected delivery date. If you have any concerns about your shipping status, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team via email at support@grocery-us.com.

Grocery-US works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to find the source of materials and provide the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you.

Our warehouses are located around the world, exclusively in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Vietnam, India, etc. 

As a one-stop-shop destination for the best products, we cooperate with a variety of carriers in Europe, Asia, and North America such as: USPS, Canada Post and some of the other partners.

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, etc., the process of shipping may be delayed. We will send you an announcement email about this.

Wrong address

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter the address with your house/ apartment number, the name of the road, city, state, zip code, etc.

If your shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately via email at support@grocery-us.com so that we can give you the best support. 

Please notice that we can only change your order information within 12 hours since your purchase was completed.

If your order is being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the buyers. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.

 Grocery-US reserves the right to refuse to support and will NOT be responsible for any refund if:

- The customers refuse to accept the package

- The carriers have to re-ship the packages many times

- The order shipping status indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the address that the customers provided.
